Oriental Weavers of America were formed back in 1994 as part
of a large multinational group of companies and were the first
to produce numerous styles of area rug, from the first 25
color sidewoven rug to the first to enter the machine made
market with a loop woven area rug. Oriental Weavers of America
are based in Dalton and are famous for their service, design
and high quality rug weaving.
Since Oriental Weavers of America first began to produce
area rugs their growth has been exceptional. They have doubled
their capacity in the last two years, increased their production
area by 30,000 square feet and built a new distribution center.
Oriental Weavers of America believe their rapid growth in
the area rugs industry is a result of their strong commitment
to innovation and research and development, whilst a strong
customer focus keeps them in touch with the latest customer
trends in contemporary rug design.
Oriental Weavers of America have invested in the latest state
of the art area rug making machinery. They use their own in
house design and development department that keep in close
contact with the marketing department. This ensures the company
can offer the right products to the market in the shortest
possible time.
